I hated making decisions, I couldn’t stay focused on a single task, and I wanted to enjoy my kids more. I got so much more out of BGL than I ever imagined. BGL helped me immensely with overwhelm, I’m enjoying my kids a lot more, I’m a much happier person already! I don’t think there is a person alive that would not benefit from BGL!

The full story:

The devil on my shoulder told me I wasn’t the kind of person the course was designed for, and that it would be a waste of money, and the angel pointed out that I wouldn’t be thinking about it so much if it was not for me. Eventually I figured I had nothing to lose!

The course was amazing. It held my attention with short, sweet, engaging, funny, relatable, easy to understand, and interesting videos. I love Andrea’s sense of humour.

I got so much more out of BGL than I ever imagined. I am a much happier person already!

I am much more present with my kids and enjoying them a lot more. A difficult relationship with my young daughter has become MUCH easier, which has had a positive ripple effect on pretty much everything and everyone else. The course also helped me immensely with the overwhelm of moving cities, and I find I’m now way less judgemental of others and more empathetic too.

How to freak out 12% less about COVID19

Yesterday I walked around the botanical gardens at 10pm crying like a madzer. At a couple of points, I properly wailed. Luckily the track was empty. Like many of us, I’m scared. I’m fragile as a leaf. I’m losing most of my income, and all my business security. I’m...
