I am now so much kinder to myself, OMG it’s been amazing!

Before BGL, I was struggling with repetitive feelings of negativity and binge eating.

Omg it’s been amazing. BGL is the most user friendly, and inspirational mindfulness course I have ever done – I am constantly telling people to try it! The learning is immense and I am definitely a different person from when I started, I am much more present and so much kinder to myself.

Andrea is so inspirational and has given me such an understanding that no book has ever managed to do, and what fabulous group of people in the program! Fantastic course.
