The full story:

I was wondering about starting something new in my career and if it was the right decision for me or not but I needed some guidance around my decision making. I had just completed Andrea’s free facebook program and I had found it to be brilliant. I really like Andrea’s style of writing and the analogies she uses really resonated with me.

Having completed the NYVP course, I now feel like my values and life path are so much clearer.

I feel stronger in my ability to stick to my plan despite pressure from others to do what is “normal”. I am much better now at making good decisions more regularly. I am also more mindful of my moods and reactions to others.

The videos, resources and work books in the course were really brilliant.

I got so much out of these aspects of the course.

I am sure that I will always refer back to the workbooks. I found the video resources to be great, seeing Andrea feels more personal and the module resources were a really nice addition to help understanding.

Andrea is great at defogging the ideas about values and mindfulness in a no nonsense, funny, down to earth, practical way! The resources and work books provided are in depth and can keep you going for much longer than the course length.

The course has given me confidence.

I feel good returning to my profession after a break and it has helped me to clarify how I can create the life I want; living by my values and incorporating all my passions!

If a bloody good friend asked me about NYVP, I would tell them that it is so great and that they should absolutely do it!

Thank you so much Andrea!

G'day, I'm Andrea

I'm a mindfulness facilitator and former cynical pessimist.

I used to be an awkward, pessimistic, overachiever.

Life looked good on the outside, but on the inside things were average.

I was indecisive, I didn't know what to do with my life, I self-sabotaged the hell out of my relationships.

I had a feeling I was going to keep f-ing things up for myself unless something radical changed.

The life handbrake-turn that followed over the next few years came as the result of learning what I now teach in my unconventional mind-taming program for indecisive overachievers - Bloody Good Life. Just practical, relatable techniques without any rainbow and butterfly jibber jabber.
