BGL DIY was absolutely life changing! I worked through it at my own pace, and felt my life getting calmer and coming together more and more with each module. The content just made so much sense and was easy to relate to. It was just what I needed. I am enjoying the little things in life so much more!

The full story:

I found myself getting hung up on past events. I was judging without knowing the full story, lacking in self belief and all round general happiness.

I chose BGL because it was so relatable and made sense to me. I feel like I chose very well too because since completing the course I’m much less stressed, way less grumpy, more calm, much more motivated.

I am enjoying the little things in life so much more!

I loved how well everything was explained, and again, how easily relatable it was.

I also found BGL very achievable with it being broken up into modules.

The online training videos were very valuable, as were the work books. These are such a great place to record the processes. They will also be interesting to look back on to see change and improvement.

In my experience, DIY BGL was absolutely life changing!

I worked through it at my own pace, and felt my life getting calmer and coming together more and more with each module. The content just made so much sense and was easy to relate to. It was just what I needed.

It was an eye opener and really helped me to get my thoughts and life into line again!! I would definitely recommend everyone to give it a go!

Wondering how you are? (COVID edition)

Hey, how are you doing? It’s a mad time isn’t it? Not only have our inboxes been flooded with emails from random companies who we purchased a pen off 15 years ago telling us how they’re handling COVID-19 (why?!), but also, there is no gluten free pasta in the...

What to do when your mind gets stuck on rumination mode

Last week I caught Neville becoming as repetitive as that time my dad gave my 16yo self a party pill and I talked a random guy’s ear off. “I’m sad.” Neville mourned. “So sad. So lonely. I miss BGC. I’m alone. Alooooone. Sad and alone. Alone and sad. So sad. And...

How to freak out 12% less about COVID19

Yesterday I walked around the botanical gardens at 10pm crying like a madzer. At a couple of points, I properly wailed. Luckily the track was empty. Like many of us, I’m scared. I’m fragile as a leaf. I’m losing most of my income, and all my business security. I’m...
