I was stuck in my mind, constantly anxious about what other people were thinking of me. I had lost the ability to appreciate and love myself. BGL (group) changed my life. It has contributed to every aspect of my life. I will never be able to thank Andrea enough for everything she has taught me.

  The full story:

I had been stuck within my mind, constantly stressed about what other people were thinking of, and expecting from me. I felt that I was moving from day to day, without actually living. I had lost who I was. I was constantly looking for something better. I was living in anticipation. If I was able to just “finish this” and “achieve that”, then I could start my life properly. I was suffering from anxiety and I knew that it was finally time to address it. I also realised that I didn’t know how to appreciate and love myself.

It is when I was finally in the mindset to want to change things and look after myself, that Bloody Good Life appeared in my life. It chose me!

I have noticed a direct change in so many areas of my life. This course has contributed (big or small) to every aspect of my life. I feel content with who I am and I am so much happier in my own company than ever before. I have started to love myself. I am viewing things with a much clearer perspective, and I have a much more positive outlook on the world around me.

I feel that I have rediscovered what it is in life that makes me happy, and I have much more control over retaining those happy thoughts.

I believe that I am making good decisions, based on a clear mindset.

The BGL (group) program is executed in such a real, natural way. The information we were given was honest and to the point. Everything Andrea taught us, actually felt achievable. I felt I could really relate to the content.

The online training videos were filmed with such a beautiful, natural manner. I loved that it felt like Andrea was directly addressing me, like I was just chatting to my friend.

The group of awesome humans were great to interact with. Seeing one another on weekly chats made us all feel really connected, like we were part of something really special together. We could ask questions, share frustrations and challenges, and express ourselves so openly.

I loved that everyone used the FB group to express their feelings and share achievements.

We really benefitted from having a “safe” place to express ourselves. The FB group brings the members even closer and provides a strong support network. Andrea gave us constant support and amazing advice. Her knowledge, support and encouragement is invaluable.

I feel that mindfulness is the greatest gift you could ever give yourself. I will never be able to thank Andrea enough for the knowledge and tools she has shared with me.

BGL101 has changed my life. I’m excited to continue using these skills throughout my life, because let’s be honest….. who doesn’t want to live a bloody good life!!!

I would recommend this course to everyone, DO IT! It has changed my thought process and the way I choose to live my life. I actually can’t wait to tell everyone about it.

Andrea, you’re bloody excellent.

G'day, I'm Andrea

I'm a mindfulness facilitator and former cynical pessimist.

I used to be an awkward, pessimistic, overachiever.

Life looked good on the outside, but on the inside things were average.

I was indecisive, I didn't know what to do with my life, I self-sabotaged the hell out of my relationships.

I had a feeling I was going to keep f-ing things up for myself unless something radical changed.

The life handbrake-turn that followed over the next few years came as the result of learning what I now teach in my unconventional mind-taming program for indecisive overachievers - Bloody Good Life. Just practical, relatable techniques without any rainbow and butterfly jibber jabber.
