I felt unhappy in different areas of my life. I did not know what my passions were and felt unfulfilled both in my job and my relationship. After doing Bloody Good Life 101, my attitude towards life has changed completely.

I focus more on the good things around me, I am more grateful, and also accept those days when you feel gloomy and negative, because there has to be some of those days!

Bloody Good Life showed me how to engage less with the negative thought loop in my mind, or pick up quickly on them and put a stop to them.

I liked how relaxed and down to earth Andrea is, and the fact that with her guidance, you can work on any area of your life that needs improvement.

Andrea invests time and attention to makes every one of her client feel important.

She is friendly and bubbly and easy to talk to about anything. She knows how to motivate you and be firm enough, but at the same time not make you feel down about not achieving something.

Bloody Good life 101 is an eye opening experience and that push we all need to start living the life we want and deserve
