This truly has been a life changing experience for me and I’d recommend it to anyone. My sessions with Andrea were like having a really cool mate that knows heaps of shit about stuff no-one talks about! After BGL101 I’m an improved version of myself now, I’m a happier person! Everything that Andrea has shown me would be a benefit every person I know.
The full story:
I knew I was totally missing something. It didn’t matter how many things I ticked off my lists, I still wasn’t loving life. Nobody wants to hear their successful business owner mate who has everything complaining about how hard life is. I was taking a big look at myself to work out what was wrong with me. I was in quite a shit place.
Andrea’s ability to relate and openness in sharing her own life experiences in her writing made me feel like it would make it easier to share the issues that I was going through.
All the information Andrea taught me made a lot of sense. It’s all about getting the tools to understand how to fix myself rather than relying on someone else to make me feel good about my life.
It’s like having a really cool mate that knows heaps of shit about stuff no-one talks about!
It’s reassuring when she tells you your weird little issues are pretty much what everyone is dealing with anyway.
After finishing Bloody Good Life 101?
I’m a happier person.
I now understand what meditation is and how amazing the change is once I made it part of the daily routine. I’m calmer at work and I can deal with issues that arise better than I ever have before.
I’ve had trouble sleeping in the past because my brain doesn’t want to turn off. Things I learnt in the course have definitely sorted that out.
I’m am improved version of myself now and I feel good!
This truly has been a life changing experience for me and I’d recommend it to anyone.
Everything that Andrea has shown me would be a benefit every person I know.
I’m just lucky that I got in when Andrea was still starting out. This shit will cost a fortune once everyone catches on.
Anything else, Mark?
Andrea is pretty cool, for a Kiwi…
