I had been following Andrea for a while and I really liked the frank, funny tone of her posts. She makes mindfulness seem ‘normal’ and accessible to everyone. Her style and everyday examples bring BGL to life and make it all much easier to understand. If you want a bloody good life, speak to Andrea!
The full story:
I’m learning as an entrepreneur that 80% of success is down to my mindset so I wanted to invest in learning strategies that were going to boost my mind! My particular issues were around fear of failure in business, mainly through not trusting myself to succeed.

I now feel more knowledgeable, which improves my confidence in taming my mind. I now notice my thoughts and when I notice them it’s easier to release them (particularly the unhelpful ones).
The online training videos were very valuable – the best bit in my opinion. It was also very helpful having downloadable audios that I could listen to offline.
The group of awesome humans were such a key part of the program.
I liked the fact I was going through it with other people as a group and not alone. The Facebook Group was great for sharing snippets or people posting progress updates and Andrea offered great support. The live group coaching calls were a great opportunity to ask questions.
The workbook was excellent. I am an old fashioned pen and paper girl so I really enjoyed filling them out and I’m keeping them all to refer back to. The module resources were also great. They offer so much extra information, i’ll certainly go back to them over again.

I’d been following Andrea on Instagram and Facebook, because she brings mindfulness principles to life by using stories from her day to day life. I want to learn from interesting people and jumped on the opportunity to join a group programme.
Before the programme I was having unhelpful thoughts (e.g. you can’t do that). What I learned from Andrea is that this isn’t ME, it’s just my mind. Using the techniques Andrea teaches in this programme and completing the workbooks each week has given me a tool kit of ways to deal with my mind when it’s misbehaving.
I’m looking at managing my mind in a totally new way.
I will keep revisiting these learnings for years to come. Thank you, I recommend BGL to everyone!
