The full story:

I had a general sense that I wasn’t as mindful/present as I wanted to be. I had done the 6 days to decisiveness challenge and really liked Andrea and how approachable and engaging she was so I decided to give BGL a go!

Since starting the programme I catch myself now as my thoughts start to spiral and I am able to disconnect from them much better than I used to. I am finding it easier to process feelings and finding daily stresses easier to manage because I have techniques to turn to when I notice that I’m feeling stressed or emotional.

Andrea and her videos were the absolute highlight of BGL for me!

She is super engaging, funny, easy to listen to and learn from! :)

Being on the programme with a group of awesome humans like the ones I worked with was the BEST! These two aspects made the course so relatable, achievable and applicable to daily life!

The Facebook Group was such a great tool for easily sharing and hearing experiences with others. Andrea’s support in the Facebook group was truly AMAZING! She responds to everything and makes time for everyone which  is one of the strengths of the course.

The live group coaching calls were another favourite part of mine!

I missed a couple of them but was really happy I could go back and watch them.

The workbook and module resources were super helpful! Great to write things down and have something visual to go with everything else, as well as something to refer back to in the future.

I just wanted to say again how much I loved the course and how much it has already given me and will continue to give me in the future. I know that this is used a lot, but BGL101 truly was life-changing for me.

The techniques used are things you can practice in your daily life and it brings mindfulness into every aspect of life, which is what we all need. The fact that you have lifetime access to the course is brilliant. If you’re trying to decide whether to do the course, I would say stop deciding and 100% do it! Best decision you’ll ever make.
