I have always been an overachiever and perfectionist, filled with a lot of self doubt. I was struggling to live a BGL. I was putting a lot of pressure on myself to be a good mum, wife, and to run my own business. Balancing all three of these things was proving very challenging as I am easily stressed and very self-critical.
Over the years, I have known that I need to make changes in order to feel more joy in my life.
I had subscribed to numerous blogs/newsletters, but I would soon enough fall back into old habits and couldn’t figure out why. I had also looked into a number of life coaching courses, but none of them truly resonated with me … until I found Andrea and BGL 101!
Andrea’s blog posts really resonated with me. I could see a lot of myself in her ‘old self’. Working with someone who I could really relate to (and who understands me) was/is paramount.
Andrea’s transparency shows just how far she has come, so I knew I could do it too!
Andrea’s honesty and transparency about her own journey made the decision to work with her a no brainer. Andrea is relatable and extremely knowledgable in the area of mindfulness. The course itself is well structured and extremely insightful. Working with her has given me the tools and motivation I need, to take control of my life (and my wandering mind) and I am so thankful. She is a true gem; incredibly likeable and positive, without sugar-coating everything.
I’m really grateful to have access to the modules ongoing. I will be practicing the techniques I have learnt in this course every day. That way, they will become second nature to me in a situation where I am triggered.
