Since completing BGL101 I’m much less overwhelmed, less stressed and handle things better. I have more confidence and am less anxious about taking action. Andrea’s videos and anecdotes are warm, funny, engaging and totally accurate!! :) I have control over my mood and happiness now too! Thank you so much! I didn’t want BGL to end!!!

The full story:

I felt that I was not as happy as I wanted to be. I was frustrated with work and unclear of my direction.

I had seen Andrea’s videos online and the way Andrea described things really made sense to me. Her course sounded great but I couldn’t commit financially to the ‘full’ version, so was delighted to hear of the DIY version at a lesser price!

Since completing BGL 101 I find that I am much less overwhelmed, and can handle things better.

I still feel like I have a long way to go, but feel much more confident and less anxious about taking action. The mindfulness has also helped me manage my chronic pain a bit better too.

The online training videos were really engaging and easy to follow. It’s nice to be able to revisit them too. The facebook group made me aware of what had skunk in and how far I’d come along. The work books were great to follow along with and they made sure I actually applied the techniques that I had learnt about in the training videos! I found the module resources great for further reading and research.

Andrea’s videos and anecdotes are warm, funny, engaging and totally accurate!! :) I just loved this about the course!

I emailed Andrea a couple of times during the course with questions and each time I had quick and very helpful responses! I had never signed up for anything like this before, and didn’t really know what to expect other than that Andrea’s videos about the “Chatty Dude” had already resonated with me.

This course has helped me manage my own “Chatty Dude” enabling me to have more control over my mood and happiness, as well as reduce my stress levels. As an added bonus it has also helped me manage my chronic pain!
