The full story:

I was motivated by BGL because of my health issues (MS) and the knowledge that if I didn’t learn to be more mindful, my health would suffer. I also loved Andrea’s sense of humour and her rigour.

Since completing BGL, I feel much more educated about the science behind mindfulness.

I loved all the research and evidence presented.

I still experience stress, but I am better able to watch myself. I have found the knowledge around the moving into the sympathetic nervous system really helpful.

The online training videos were really good and the group of awesome humans I had the privilege of working alongside were such lovely people!

The Facebook Group was so great!

I have never spent so much time on a facebook group! I loved Andrea’s comments in response to other people. Her support was EXCELLENT!!

The live group coaching calls and workbooks were very useful, and they motivated me to create my own summaries and write my own notes!

The module resources were just FAN-bloody-tastic! Really, these were AMAZING!!
