BGL is most definitely something that I think we all should do at some point in our lives! Pre BGL I was seriously struggling with anxiety and lack of balance in my life. It has been the most supportive, great experience for me and I wouldn’t be feeling as calm and content now without it.

The full story:

I was seriously struggling with anxiety and lack of balance in my life. I came across BGL and hoped it would help me to be more present as well as give me some tools to cope with my anxiety and low self esteem.

BGL has taught me techniques to help me better deal with stress and not be so easily triggered. My awareness of myself and others is much greater and my outlook is much more positive now than it was.

Things just don’t seem so hard and I have a much better outlook.

All of the modules were so great, they constantly challenged me. I also really enjoyed the group calls. They made me feel like I wasn’t alone.

The online training videos were informative as well as giving me the kick up the ass I needed to pull myself out of the funk I was in at the time.

The energy Andrea conveyed was so inspiring.

The honesty and experiences shared from the group of awesome humans (who were in sometimes similar situations) was so great. Everyone was incredibly open and considerate.

It was also really good to read and sometimes share experiences in the facebook group.

Andrea’s support in the Facebook group was fabulous!! Andrea was pretty onto it all of the time and gave some great feedback. You could tell a heck of a lot of work went in from her end!

The live group coaching calls were invaluable!

Being able to share and listen to others and their points of view whilst getting feedback from Andrea was awesome!

The workbooks were super handy. It’s much easier sometimes, being able to put things down on paper and work through a process to get results, I found these brilliant for solidifying ideas and teachings. The module resources were aso very helpful and informative for this.

If you’re looking to slow down and really find techniques to help you be more present and cope with day to day life and the struggles many of us face… Or if you really just want to learn more about yourself and where you’re going and want from life, then BGL is the course for you!

It’s been a great, supportive experience for me and I don’t think I would feel as calm and content now without it.

It is most definitely something that I think we all should do at some point in our lives!

Thank you thank you thank you to Andrea!!!!

Gidday, I'm Andrea

I'm a mindfulness advisor and former cynical pessimist.

I used to be an awkward, pessimistic, mediocrely happy overachiever.

Life looked good on the outside, but on the inside things were average.

I was indecisive, I didn't know what to do with my life, I self-sabotaged the hell out of my relationships.

I had a feeling I was going to keep f-ing things up for myself unless something radical changed.

The life handbrake-turn that followed over the next few years came as the result of learning what I now teach in Bloody Good Life 101. Just practical, relatable techniques without any rainbow and butterfly jibber jabber.
