I was very concerned about my emotional state, particularly at work. I felt like a crazy person, losing it at times.

I loved your blogs and the way you write. I had read pretty much your entire website, so I decided to sign up to your Live course!

I can already see major changes in regards to how I handle myself at work. Observing myself and feeling my emotions has had an incredible impact in my day to day life too. I now enjoy being in the moment when I am walking my dogs and I feel joy when I’m in nature (to give two examples).

The change and calmness I am experiencing makes me very very optimistic.

It is such a nice feeling to be more in control of my emotional state. To be able to see the difference between the clock and psychological time is a real eye opener!

I loved working with the group of really awesome humans! The online training videos were brilliant and the facebook group provided wonderful support! I loved the workbooks and module resources, they were very dynamic.

Overall one of the best courses I’ve done.

Andrea has an amazing way of teaching that makes you look forward to each module. She is awesome and totally relatable which makes it so easy to take on board what she teaches! I am sad that the course is finished, but incredibly optimistic as I have learnt new skills that will only continue to improve my life.
