The full story:

I was trying to take some time to evaluate what I wanted in my life instead of running from one thing to the next. I was constantly thinking “I’d be happy if…” and I wanted to work on finding happiness within myself instead of outside myself.

Andrea seemed like a bloody legend, she was so funny and authentic and I found the way she wrote really resonated with me. I was unsure whether to sign up at first as it felt like a lot of money to part with at the time, but really, it is such an amazing investment and one that I’ll continue to reap rewards from for the rest of my life!

I am so happy I did it!!

It has helped me so much by providing me with a lot of really useful tools and resources. It’s easy to get overwhelmed with the amount of ‘self help’ stuff out there but I really trust the honest approach that Andrea has, so I found it great to have a trusted advisor on this stuff.

BGL has given me a new understanding of mindfulness by looking at it from a number of different angles instead of just meditation. I loved the way we worked with a mix of videos, reading material, workbooks, resources and live calls.

It meant we were able to dip in and out of different mediums and still be learning.

I found the live calls really helpful. It was a great bonding experience seeing and hearing other people who were on the same journey as me.

I found the Facebook Group very, very supportive. It was so useful to touch base with people and reach out when we needed support. Andrea’s support in the Facebook group was absolutely spot on. She was quick to respond and very supportive with actionable advice.

The online training videos were super helpful and Andrea is really natural so it feels like a 1:1 coaching session. I loved them.

The group of awesome humans were just that, awesome!

It’s so nice to have the group aspect as many of us had similar struggles and were able to support each other.

The workbooks were a well designed, nice supplement to the courses and the module resources were a great addition too.

If a friend asked me if they should do BGL I would say absolutely yes!!!!

You should “fo sho” do this program, it’s bloody awesome.

Thank you so much Andrea for making this course and being really supportive, friendly and not corporate or new-agey!!

Gidday, I'm Andrea

I'm a mindfulness advisor and former cynical pessimist.

I used to be an awkward, pessimistic, mediocrely happy overachiever.

Life looked good on the outside, but on the inside things were average.

I was indecisive, I didn't know what to do with my life, I self-sabotaged the hell out of my relationships.

I had a feeling I was going to keep f-ing things up for myself unless something radical changed.

The life handbrake-turn that followed over the next few years came as the result of learning what I now teach in Bloody Good Life 101. Just practical, relatable techniques without any rainbow and butterfly jibber jabber.
