A 5 second random act of kindness

A 5 second random act of kindness

Can I ask you guys a 2 second favour that could radically change two awesome people’s lives forever?

My Virtual Assistant Crystal is the reason A. I’m still alive and B. You guys get posts from me every day of the week. Crystal has worked her ass off for me for a year now, stayed up til crazy hours of the night scheduling last minute posts because I suck at writing them in advance, and made processes and procedures out of my garbled, all over the place instructions. Crystal handles my Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WordPress blog, Mailchimp newsletters and this octupus thing called Edgar. I write all the content and take the selfies, then Crystal works her VA magic.

Crystal and her daughter Jascyn entered a contest for single mums to travel abroad for a year with all expenses paid, and out of 100s of applicants they are 1 of 4 finalists!

Now they need lots and lots of votes so they can win it and get the chance of a lifetime!

I’m forever indebted to Crystal for being a legend and rescuing me from panic attacks countless times when my business suddenly took off too quickly for me to keep up with the workload.

Please take 5 seconds of your day to click this link, click on the radio button above the video of Crystal and Jasycn, chuck in your email, and you’re done.

Can you imagine being so close to such a life changing opportunity to travel the world

with your daughter and show her what a bloody good life looks like all over the world?

[bctt tweet=”Remember, random acts of kindness are scientifically proven to make you and the receiver feel really bloody good” via=”no”]

So why wouldn’t you!

I’m so excited for their opportunity, so cool! Travel changed my life and I want it to be able to change Crystal and Jascyn’s life too :D

Thank you from the bottom of my heart,

and probably Crystal and Jascyn’s too,

since they don’t know I’m posting this and would never ask for such a favour because they’re so humble.

Pstttt – are you in NZ??

I’m thinking of running a workshop or two in New Zealand in March – wanna hang out with me and a bunch of like-minded, authentic legends?!

G'day, I'm Andrea

I'm a mindfulness facilitator and former cynical pessimist.

I used to be an awkward, pessimistic, overachiever.

Life looked good on the outside, but on the inside things were average.

I was indecisive, I didn't know what to do with my life, I self-sabotaged the hell out of my relationships.

I had a feeling I was going to keep f-ing things up for myself unless something radical changed.

The life handbrake-turn that followed over the next few years came as the result of learning what I now teach in my unconventional mind-taming program for indecisive overachievers - Bloody Good Life. Just practical, relatable techniques without any rainbow and butterfly jibber jabber.
