Shrugging off things that would normally get an emotional rise out of you

Happiness & Fulfilment, Making Decisions & Finding Passion

Recently I was fighting the inbox-zero battle when I found this email from Rosie.

“Hey Andrea,

I was writing an email to the handful of people from the BGL course I still keep in touch with and thinking, Andrea should really know how much she has changed my life in so many ways –

I am definitely a better version of myself since the course.

So here is the email I sent to them:

Since doing the course I have definitely started to notice some pretty amazing changes in my life, I can’t even tell you! Since the course my anxiety (something I have struggled with my whole life!) has significantly reduced – a bloody miracle in itself!

I have also caught myself a number of times thinking ‘Ha, boy you’ve changed …the old you would have really taken that personally and reacted!!’

Things that used to trigger me and get an emotional rise out of me I am now able to take lightly and even laugh about them or shrug it off!

This course has also helped me to really work through some things and get down in to the nitty-gritty scary stuff that you don’t want to face! I was able to look at an old relationship and it helped me to get some much needed closure and let go of things that have been holding me back and identify how I have been self-sabotaging my personal relationships for years.

Also, someone pretty amazing is now in my life and using mindfulness has really helped with this so far. Am managing to keep my mind at bay and not take her so seriously, when she constantly tries to tell me that I am not good enough or deserving enough, not interesting enough, that I am going to screw it up again.

Mindfulness is helping me to stay in the resent and just really enjoy the now – whether it comes to something or not!

I am also focusing way more on how he makes me feel rather than how I make him feel …what a revelation!”

I couldn’t wait to share Rosie’s bloody awesome message with you in case you resonate with where she was at – please know that life doesn’t have to feel like that.

It’s my privilege to be able to teach this stuff with people like Rosie, I know it changed my life (I would have sabotaged my relationship with Bloody Good Chap a million moons ago without it), and I know that if it works for me and Rosie (and the 42 million legends who have written about their BGL experiences here), it will work for you, too.

And wouldn’t you know it, Bloody Good Life LIVE is currently open for enrolment (til midnight Sunday 1st Oct) for the last time this year!

Get unstuck, learn to manage your mind and emotions, keep calm as a cucumber in the face of stressy bosses difficult friendships and crazy deadlines, make the changes you’ve been meaning to make for ages as bro, and get back to feeling like the “real you”.

PS. The bonuses from the last round were bloody popular so I’ve decided to make them available again for everyone that signs up for BGL this round! To refresh your memory, in these two bonus modules,

  • The biggest revelations in my sex-journey and how they’ll enable you to build an amazing relationship from an entirely new perspective.
  • How “wearing the pants” might be interfering with your sex drive.

  • How to use sex as a mindfulness practice to get clear on your sense of self.
  • How to reduce stress, anxiety, and snappy-trout syndrome with special exercises that I use on an almost daily basis – these work like a charm.

  • Comfort zone leaping techniques that will turn the discomfort that holds you back in life into excitement that will propel you to where you want to be.
