Argh, Mind, Shut Up!

Confidence, Happiness & Fulfilment

Photography: Drew Corby

“This checkout chick is going kind of slow. Oo that guy is a babe.. doh, girlfriend. Uh, would she hurry up. I’ve got to get home in time to put some washing on. Knew I should have gone in the self-serve queue. Shit did I leave the oven on? God, I’m going to arrive home to a smoking pile of ash.

Who am I kidding, haven’t cooked in a week. Who has time for cooking? Uh so many tabs open on my Macbook. Imagine having zero emails. Sigh, such a long day. I always choose the wrong queue. How did those Snickers bars get in my trolley? WHY is this chick taking so long. Seriously, someone get her a Red Bull. Sullen face. Do I look like that at work? Wish I was in Fiji.”

So much mind clutter!

DOES EVERYONE THINK THIS ERRATICALLY?

Surely no one has this many thoughts.

There’s no way I could empty my mind.
Is there?

I hear this from clients and friends ALL the time.

There is.

It’s called mindfulness.

The world’s top entrepreneurs and CEOs now use it to enhance their productivity and creativity.

It’s scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety, and to improve focus, creativity, and ability to make decisions.

Bloody Good Life 101 will show you how to use mindfulness in the most straight up of straight up ways.

It will put the bloody good back into your bloody good life.

Better sex?

Yep.

Better ability to attract babes?

Yep.

More charisma and confidence?

Yep.

More clarity and focus? By god, yep.

More drive? More energy? Better relation/friendships?

YEP. You get the idea. Your mind controls bloody everything.

I’ll teach you how to whip it into shape.

If a cynical over-thinker like me create a bloody good life with mindfulness, you bloody well can too!

If you’ve been thinking of doing the much loved Bloody Good Life program, this is your last chance. BGL will be closing its doors from July this year.

Learn to tame your overthinking mind and get clear on your direction (plus a handful of other benefits you won't expect).
