How to open the doors into the padlocked room where your libido lives

Relationships & Sex

I remember the day I realised it wasn’t normal that I had never come and had never even thought to try to make myself come. Ever.

I was 20.

I sat around a dinner table at a Thai restaurant with all my architecture girlfriends, and after a few bottles of wine, realised that yes, I was the only one who had A. never come, and B. Never tried to.

So I tried the self pleasuring homework my boyfriend gave me, and I found it really difficult. I didn’t know what to do and it felt weird and pointless.

Even when I finally managed to make myself come, weeks later, it felt stressful. It was hard work, and I was relieved it was over.

It was another 6 years later when I discovered Kim Anami’s Well F*&ked Woman course, and for the first time in my life considered that the fact I had been sexually abused as a child by a dude I barely knew may actually still be affecting my life, my relationships and my sex life.

Quelle surprise!

Because I had blocked most of it out and never spoke about it again, I figured it was all fine.

Thanks to Kim I started looking into the sexual trauma I had experienced over my life; the obvious abuse, but also the countless times I’d been objectified, leered at, cat called, bum-grabbed; the kind of stuff every female lives with as though it’s just a normal part of life. Because at the moment, it still is.

If you’re a female, I know you’ve experienced it before too.

I realised that from all of these experiences I had shut the door on my sexuality from a very young age, I’d thrown all my turn-on and passion into a dark room, locked the door, and completely lost the key.

I’ll be forever grateful to Kim Anami for showing me the door, and explaining to me through her amazing Well F&^ked Woman course what I stood to gain if I found the key and looked inside.

And so I dared.

Over the past few years since I did the Well F#&ked Woman course, I had been venturing into parts of the dark room, discovering things I’d hid in there that needed to be released. Every time I found something, I wrestled with it, then eventually released it, and every time I felt more open, more alive, and more connected to myself and to Bloody Good Chap.

Kim’s homework and sex-life-changing tips that you get throughout the course radically changed my approach to sex, turn on and pleasure.

I did the course when I was single, and it gave me more confidence and more self-assurance, for myself and for when I started dating again, and the sex (and the intimacy) I’ve had in my relationships since then has been like nothing I’d ever dreamt I’d experience before. And it just keeps getting better.

My boyfriends were stoked, and so was I.

I’m still on the journey, and it’s a scary, exciting, life changing, confusing, amazing journey. Some weeks and months everything shuts down and I just can’t be bothered, then all it takes is to watch some of Kim’s videos from one of the amazing courses I’ve done with her (you get lifetime access), and boom, I’m back on track.

My sex life and relationship are the best self development tools I’ve ever found.

I now feel more open, more free, more alive, more passionate, more inspired, and much happier in my relationships. And I can come, in many different ways now, with or without a partner.

If you struggle to find the desire for sex, if it’s a to do list item which causes you a sense of guilt and shame and you just. can’t . be bothered…

I highly recommend the Well F&*cked Woman program.

Kim runs this life changing program once a year, but when it’s closed, you can get access to a free three part video series via the links above.

I’m a proud affiliate for Kim’s courses, and I’m sure you know by now that I rarely promote anything – so when I do, I only promote things that I know will change your lives like they did mine.

If you sign up for any of Kim’s paid programs, I’ll send you a private login for my three part video series on my journey with sex and mindfulness. It’s extremely honest and raw, and I hope it helps you see that so many of us struggle with the same stuff – we just don’t talk about it as openly as we could, because, you know, that would be impolite.

To get access to the free video series,

1. Sign up to the paid Well F&*cked Woman program here. (Or any of Kim’s other courses: Coming Together for Couples, Sexual Mastery for Men, Vaginal Kung Fu, or Sexy Mama)
2. Important: Email me with “Kim Anami Bonus Module please” in the subject line. No other text needed. andrea@projectself.com.au (You may be asked for proof of registration, so please don’t email us unless you’ve signed up for one of Kim’s paid programs).

With a 30 day money back guarantee for the course, you’ve got only epicness to gain and nothing to lose :D

Cast a glance over Kim’s programs and tell me you’re not intrigued!
