…so You Can Get Where You Want to Go

A practical guide to increasing your emotional intelligence

Auckland CBD – Sunday 28th July (2-4pm)

Fantastic workshop!

It was really lovely to meet new people (and Andrea!) and to remind myself of some of the mindfulness stuff! Jen, Leeds

It was brilliant! Engaging. Fun. Useful.

Andrea was so funny and really captivated the room. I also enjoyed the informal nature and how easy it was to chat to people. Laila, London

It was just a really great afternoon, learnt some really useful techniques and it was lovely to get to talk to like minded women.

Everyone was very welcoming & open to sharing and everyone connected really easily. Gill, Bristol

About the Workshop & Bloody Good Mates Meet-up

At this workshop you’ll learn how to manage your mind and emotions (g’day fear!) like a boss so you can stop doubting yourself and get what you want out of your bloody good life.

This workshop will be a practical, relatable guide to increasing your emotional intelligence (EQ) – the number one factor in living a successful and fulfilling life.

…And you’ll get to know a bunch of like-minded, authentic legends while you’re at it! What a win.

This will be a fun workshop with lots of honesty, openness, and laughter. Andrea will facilitate a group workshop from 2-4pm, including time for questions, discussion, chats with your fellow workshopees (and tea!).

Afterwards you’re welcome to join us for an informal drink nearby to continue to get to know the legends in the group.

It was brilliant!!!! Loved it and so glad I came along.

All the women there seemed lovely, there was a great feeling of belonging to a group of like minded people.

It was fantastic to get a refresher on mindfulness, and I had lots of “oh, me too” moments. Fiona, NZ

It was fab, I really enjoyed myself and found it really useful.

Andrea was really welcoming and friendly and it helped put people at ease and everyone was really open and honest.

Learnt some really clever little techniques that are easy to remember too. Donna, Leeds

Really friendly and welcoming, honest, open and thought provoking.

Although we’d only just ‘met’, there were real connections and authenticity. There were a couple of people in particular I really ‘clicked’ with and I don’t think I’ve ever noticed that so quickly before. Katie, Leeds

I really enjoyed being able to talk so openly about my mindfulness “journey” with others that “get it” – It felt safe, but dynamic.

It was awesome to meet so many wonderful women. It reminded me of what I loved so much about doing BGL LIVE – that solidarity, and being able to chat so openly without feeling judged. Kathryn, Leeds

It was brilliant! Interesting, engaging, useful. I loved it,

I’m so glad I went despite being really nervous.

The exercises were really enlightening and I loved listening to Andea teach, she’s so passionate and engaging – it really made me want to get going with mindfulness again. Natalie, Birmingham

It was awesome, I’d definitely attend another. I was so nervous to attend, but it was a nice and relaxed atmosphere, everyone was authentic and lovely.

It was great being able to talk openly and honestly with each other in the group. It made me feel like there was a community of other people like me, which felt really good. Deborah, Bristol
