BGL 101 is a ridiculously sensible and down-to-earth guide through often-confusing topics such as mindfulness…and life! Many humongous thanks to Andrea for everything thus far. After BGL 101 I feel more empowered to manage my own health and wellness. I would definitely recommend BGL 101! No matter where you’re at in your life, you can benefit from a little bit of Andrea.

The full story:

I was feeling stuck across the board and unsure how to navigate the mysterious world of ‘wellness.’ I was looking for someone down to earth and relatable that I could trust to provide legitimate and trustworthy information, and some direction through it all. After BGL 101 I feel more empowered to manage my own health and wellness.

The best thing about BGL 101 is flat out Andrea, she’s a health and wellness guru without the pretence or self-importance.

She’s just a bloody good chick…who happens to know a lot about some pretty awesome stuff, and who knows how to convey it in a way that can really make a difference in everyday lives. She can take a session in 12 different directions based on what you say and what you wish to focus on in that moment. She can explain the science in many different ways, until one resonates and makes sense to you. She’s pretty bloody impressive!

BGL 101 is a ridiculously sensible and down-to-earth guide through often-confusing topics such as mindfulness…and life!

No matter where you’re at in your life, you can benefit from a little bit of Andrea. She can help you no matter whether you’re in an “oh heck this is a bottomless pit” rut or already kicking goals at life.

Gidday, I'm Andrea

I'm a mindfulness advisor and former cynical pessimist.

I used to be an awkward, pessimistic, mediocrely happy overachiever.

Life looked good on the outside, but on the inside things were average.

I was indecisive, I didn't know what to do with my life, I self-sabotaged the hell out of my relationships.

I had a feeling I was going to keep f-ing things up for myself unless something radical changed.

The life handbrake-turn that followed over the next few years came as the result of learning what I now teach in Bloody Good Life 101. Just practical, relatable techniques without any rainbow and butterfly jibber jabber.
