I was struggling with what to do next. My home life and workplace had become difficult and I was seeking a more meaningful life.

A friend had recommended Andrea’s blog to me a while ago, so I signed up to that and found myself really enjoying reading her posts.I knew I needed to change things to live a happier life, so once the DIY program became available, I jumped at the opportunity.

The BGL DIY program has helped me to accept myself as I am, be more present in each moment, more than I ever have been before.

BGL has helped me to restart my meditation practice, as well as helping me to realise my prior struggles in maintaining regular meditation practice. I no longer feel discouraged when I find my mind wandering. I feel more aware of every moment than I ever used to. I’m not spending so much time worrying about the past (or the future). I’ve been making more of an effort to spend time with my friends and doing the things that I enjoy most.

I loved everything about this course.

I really enjoyed the training videos. Andrea had a great way of explaining things and I found the videos very easy to watch and keep focussed on.

The workbooks were helpful in relating the new information directly to my own experiences.

The module resources were so helpful as well, there was always extra interesting information to learn from and recap.

I thought BGL 101 was a really interesting course. It consists of many different elements and brings them all together really nicely.

There is a lifetime of learning (and access) with the BGL course!
