Is Chemistry Necessary?

Is Chemistry Necessary?

This is one of the most common things I get asked about:

  • How important is chemistry?
  • Can you get it back if you once had it?
  • What if you never had it?

For starters, what is chemistry?

Chemistry is the weak-in-the-knees, tingle-in-your-loins, lighting up that takes place in you when you are drawn to someone or something.

Chemistry beckons you to come closer.

And come harder.

Chemistry says: Hey! I have something for you. Right over here.

Carl Jung says:

“The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed.”

Chemistry is the reaction. The friction, the spark.

You need it in order to create any kind of growth.

“Meh” isn’t chemistry and “meh” isn’t going to change your life.

If you’ve chosen “meh” then you’ve chosen to play it safe. You say that you and your partner are “such good buddies” and “there is more to relationships than just sex” and try to convince yourself that it’s okay you haven’t had sex in a month, a year or eight years.

I’m not buying it.

Deep down, neither are you.

Which is why you now say that you have a “low libido” or there are cysts growing on your ovaries or you prematurely ejaculate.

You’re all avoiding the big bang.

The life-changing, transformative power of deep, intense, passionate chemistry.

Chemistry lets you know that on a cellular, karmic level, you have a connection with someone.

You have shit to work out.

We are all here to grow and evolve. We are attracted to the people who will draw the impurities—and the purities—out of us so that we can face them and become better versions of ourselves.

We self-realize.

Chemistry is the ignition to get there.

This only works though if you have an agreement to use your intimate relationship as a vessel for growth.

Otherwise, you’ll just repeat the same patterns over and over again in relationships, wondering why.

Can you get chemistry back?

Absolutely.

What happens in relationships is that people have no clue HOW to use their relationships as vehicles for conscious evolution. They get triggered, they flail about and they get stuck.

Because they have no tools.

That’s where I come in.

I show people HOW to get past their wounds and their walls and get back to the place of juicy openness and intimacy—from which all good things are born.

Can you create chemistry if you never had it?

People build walls over their true selves to protect them. If you do the excavation to expose what’s buried within, you may find that your true, vulnerable, exposed selves are wildly attracted to each other.

The bottom line is that chemistry is essential.

It is the sexual, orgasmic rocket fuel that feeds your entire existence.

This, on “chymistry” from chemist Christopher Glaser in 1663:

“A scientific art, by which one learns to dissolve bodies, and draw from them the different substances on their composition, and how to unite them again, and exalt them to a higher perfection.”

I can help you with that.

In the Coming Together Salon we dig deep: emotional deep, cervix deep to find all the places you’ve been hiding and bring you both out.

It’s your orgasmic rebirth. And the relationship overhaul to “exalt you to a higher perfection.”

We cover:

  • The secrets of explosive chemistry and sexual polarity, i.e. why 50 Shades of Grey has made millions of women across the globe gushing wet and helped them rediscover their libidos
  • Tools to hunt your demons and allow your authentic, vulnerable and true selves to rise to the surface
  • Tantric and Taoist techniques to connect more deeply and use your sexual encounters to get high, fitter, smarter and richer—yes, all of the above
  • How to use your orgasmic energy to create your life

Gidday, I'm Andrea

I'm a mindfulness advisor and former cynical pessimist.

I used to be an awkward, pessimistic, mediocrely happy overachiever.

Life looked good on the outside, but on the inside things were average.

I was indecisive, I didn't know what to do with my life, I self-sabotaged the hell out of my relationships.

I had a feeling I was going to keep f-ing things up for myself unless something radical changed.

The life handbrake-turn that followed over the next few years came as the result of learning what I now teach in Bloody Good Life 101. Just practical, relatable techniques without any rainbow and butterfly jibber jabber.
