After finishing BGL101 I feel more grounded, I am much calmer, happier, and more grateful. I would absolutely recommend that anyone does Bloody Good Life 101! I signed up for BGL101 for help with calming my mind down – it was always racing with a million thoughts and was causing me a lot of grief. I was a bit flaky, stressed, overwhelmed and not in touch with my feelings (oh and a perfectionist!)

I signed up for Bloody Good Life 101 for help with calming my mind down – it was always racing with a million thoughts and was causing me a lot of grief.

I was a bit flaky, stressed, overwhelmed and not in touch with my feelings (oh and a perfectionist!).

Andrea was friendly, approachable, supportive, and uplifting.

After finishing Bloody Good Life 101 I feel more grounded, I am much calmer, happier, and more grateful.

I’m now more in touch with my feelings (but not feeling weighed down by them) and I’ve managed to drop most of my perfectionism and have even become more productive!

I would absolutely recommend that anyone does Bloody Good Life 101!
