I no longer describe myself as an anxious person!! This is the biggest result, but there are so many more. The full story:

Bloody Good Life 101 is an action-oriented life University on how to calm our over thinking minds to create space for whatever we value. It is a must-do for everyone, those with no meditation and mindfulness experience or those (like me) with some foundations present. You will definitely get a heap from it if you put in the work and practice.

After a while by practicing the techniques, you’ll notice changes you didn’t even realise were happening. These are skills that will last you a lifetime.

Before Bloody Good Life 101 I was constantly anxiety, felt stuck in a job I didn’t like and experiencing physical pain from emotional stress. I was drinking and eating sugar to try and numb my unhappiness.

Since doing Bloody Good Life 101?

I no longer describe myself as an anxious person!! This is the biggest result, but there are so many more.

I am much more accepting and less resistant to discomfort. I am more aware of my desire to want to numb and push away negative emotions, and have learnt how to let them be fully, until they dissipate.

I restarted a regular meditation practice, which is life-changing. Some of the other goals I set and achieved in the last 4 months are: leaving the job that wasn’t resonating with me, making connections to generate another income source, beginning pilates again to rehab my body, put financial plans in place to give me control and greater satisfaction with my financial situation.

My stress has significantly reduced and my sleep has improved, my energy is much much better, and I live with way more presence, and in the moment.

Andrea is real, honest and straight-talking. She’s empathetic, understanding and extremely easy to relate to. She is practical and super knowledgeable (backing her teachings up with science). She is passionate about her Bloody Good Life and wants to share her tools and strategies with others so they can have a Bloody Good Life also.
