Worrying about the future? Lacking direction?

Worrying about the future? Lacking direction?

Do you find yourself putting things off, procrastinating? Are you struggling to find motivation? Putting down one task to pick up the next? And then nipping off to stare into the fridge? How to stop worrying what other people think

How to stop worrying what other people think

So, I’m dating this guy (had you noticed?!) who prefers it when I don’t wear makeup or straighten my hair. I had a feeling I was going to keep f-ing things up for myself unless something radical changed.

The life handbrake-turn that followed over the next few years came as the result of learning what I now teach in Bloody Good Life 101. Just practical, relatable techniques without any rainbow and butterfly jibber jabber.
