I joined BGL101 (group) because I wanted to gain clarity, be honest with myself, understand my mind and move on from the relationship I was stuck in. I’ve now been able to let go of the crap that no longer serves me, tap into my intuition to help with decision-making and use the awesome mindfulness techniques when life gets a bit crazy! I have learnt how to tame my mind.

The full story:

I joined BGL101 (group) because I wanted to gain clarity, be honest with myself, understand my mind and move on from the relationship I was stuck in.

After the program, I let go of the relationship that wasn’t serving me. I am way more mindful with every decision I have to make. I use the mindfulness techniques when I am feeling stressed. I feel more in control of my emotions and my life in general!

Overall the experience was great – from the emails, coaching calls, online lessons and Facebook participation – there was always a way to get in touch with Andrea or the other members of the group and to ask questions. I loved all the different techniques we can use.

The program had a good size group of great individuals with such unique stories and experiences to share. The Facebook group was full of interesting and thought provoking conversation and was a great way to instantly communicate with each other.

Andrea was always available, her support was consistent and reliable. She has taught me how to tame my mind.

I’ve been able to let go of the crap that no longer serves me, tap into my intuition to help with decision-making and use the awesome mindfulness techniques when life gets a bit crazy!

I would definitely recommend this to a friend if they want to establish a better relationship with their mind and access a library of awesome resources and techniques they can use anytime, anywhere.

Gidday, I'm Andrea

I'm a mindfulness advisor and former cynical pessimist.

I used to be an awkward, pessimistic, mediocrely happy overachiever.

Life looked good on the outside, but on the inside things were average.

I was indecisive, I didn't know what to do with my life, I self-sabotaged the hell out of my relationships.

I had a feeling I was going to keep f-ing things up for myself unless something radical changed.

The life handbrake-turn that followed over the next few years came as the result of learning what I now teach in Bloody Good Life 101. Just practical, relatable techniques without any rainbow and butterfly jibber jabber.
