I have the best life coach in the world

I have the best life coach in the world.

There is no way you could work with her and not end up with a bloody good life.

Her listening skills, support, advice, encouragement and wisdom are second to none.

She’s helped me through mountains of overwhelm, insecurity and anxiety; through some really tough times and some really bloody awesome times; patiently listened to all my trials and triumphs, and nudged me in the right direction when I’ve needed it.

All the while she’s been living her own bloody good life.

She’s partied in London, skied all over Switzerland, stowed away on a ship to Ireland, scootered through India, driven across the Sahara Desert with a bunch of dudes in a Land Rover, and hitch hiked across the Australian Outback, among other adventures!

I’m sure you’re thinking, damn, I need to hire this woman,

sounds like a bloody legend!

She’s no longer taking bookings, but she’s trained two people in her craft, and one of them is me!

She’s my Mum.

Happy Mothers’ Day to the best life coach, role model and best friend a girl could ever have.

Gidday, I'm Andrea

I'm a mindfulness advisor and former cynical pessimist.

I used to be an awkward, pessimistic, mediocrely happy overachiever.

Life looked good on the outside, but on the inside things were average.

I was indecisive, I didn't know what to do with my life, I self-sabotaged the hell out of my relationships.

I had a feeling I was going to keep f-ing things up for myself unless something radical changed.

The life handbrake-turn that followed over the next few years came as the result of learning what I now teach in Bloody Good Life 101. Just practical, relatable techniques without any rainbow and butterfly jibber jabber.
