BGL was great for me.  I’ve learned how not to react to stress, to step back and take a breath. I’d really recommend if for someone who is a little lost, stressed or in need of some guidance. I just want to say thank you! I’m in a much better place now and I feel like I can face any big obstacles coming my way.

BGL was great for me. I was struggling with planning my future and it made me look at all aspects of life. I have definitely learned new skills – I’ve learned how not to react to stress, to step back and take a breath. I’ve managed to cope with some pretty tough situations without planning all the bad things that could happen. I’d really recommend if for someone who is a little lost, stressed or in need of some guidance. 

If someone asked me if I’d recommend Andrea and BGL 101, I’d say go for it!

Andrea is awesome and practical! She sees the clear problem/solution and strips away all the other “what if’s”! It’s a great way to look at the different areas of your life and see what’s going well or not so well! I just want to say thank you, I’m in a much better place now and I feel like I can face any big obstacles coming my way.
